Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled only before the status changes to “Packaged.”

  • Once the order is marked as “Packaged,” cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed only if:

    • The product received is wrong.

    • The product is damaged.

    • There is a size variation.

  • Refund requests must be made within 10 days of product delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
