Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled only before the status changes to “Packaged.”
Once the order is marked as “Packaged,” cancellation is not allowed.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed only if:
The product received is wrong.
The product is damaged.
There is a size variation.
Refund requests must be made within 10 days of product delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
